SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.
Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance).
Monday-Friday - All orders received on weekdays after 1:30 PM CT will begin processing the next business day.
Saturday - All orders received on Saturday after 1:00 PM CT will begin processing the next business day
Sunday – No orders will be processed, until Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them.
The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK
If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage charge shipping, registered mail fee & insurance charge are non-refundable.
